Auto Glass Repair (the "Site") is a networking service for entrepreneurs that allows members to create unique profiles online in order to further their Internet Marketing presence.

These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you and Auto Glass Repair (the "Company"), the operator of the Site. If you are using a free account you are not permitted to block ads.

One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Payment and Refunds

A valid credit card or bank account is required for paying memberships, workshops, seminars, and other events or services purchased from Auto Glass Repair.

No refunds will be given for workshops, seminars, and other events or services purchased from Auto Glass Repair.

All memberships are non-refundable. Annual memberships are billed in advance and remain in place for the period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Monthly memberships are billed in advance on a monthly basis and will automatically renew each month, unless terminated in accordance with "Membership Cancellation and Termination" below. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.

If you purchase a workshop, seminar, service, or event but decide not to participate, you may request either: i) to reschedule to another event of equal or lesser value, or ii) to substitute someone in your place, provided you do so within 7 days prior to the event.

You are solely responsible for notifying the Company if you cannot attend a workshop, seminar, or event.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only United States (federal or state) taxes.

Unless otherwise expressly stated, all prices shown are in United States dollars (USD).

Membership Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your membership. An email or phone request to cancel your membership is not considered cancellation. You can cancel your membership at any time but your billing will be in full monthly increments based on your signup date.

All of your Content will be immediately deleted from the Service upon cancellation. This information can not be recovered once your account is cancelled.

In the case of Monthly memberships, if you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again, although you are liable for the entire monthly payment period regardless of what day in that month you canceled. Only full month periods are sold.

The Company, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other Company service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all Content in your Account. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

The Company reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription membership fees to the Service, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Auto Glass Repair site (www.Auto Glass Repair).

The Company shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Copyright and Content Ownership
